Over the years, Amwood Homes, Inc. has become a custom home specialty company.  We do offer upwards of 200 home plans to provide a place to start in finding the new home best suited for your tastes, needs and lifestyles, but we specialize in taking your plans or ideas and making them a reality.  If you cannot find a plan that suites you, we will work closely with you to design the home of your dreams.  Once a plan is selected and details are discussed, Statler Construction, Inc will put together a complete guaranteed price for your new home.

Do-It-Yourself  - The Amwood Homes panelized construction system also works great for the ambitious do-it-yourselfer.  If you would like to build your own home but don’t have the time or abilities to do all the framing and roofing, we can provide you with a shell erect package, getting the home closed in from the weather and elements, but leaving the rest for you to finish.  We will work with you to do as much or as little as you would like throughout the home building process.
